No water needed: How to put out fire with sound
It’s a simple concept really. All you need are two very loud speakers on both sides of a fire. Put on some Nicki Minaj, turn the bass up super high so you can hear that boom, badoom, boom, and watch the flames extinguish using physics. The flames are suppressed because the sounds increase air speeds, and the combustion thins and the temperature drops thus making the flames go out.
Because fire safety is always important… Guess I should have said I was putting out a fire when an RA knocked on my door with a noise complaint for me.
